Stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village. The 1860s canal era building was originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a pharmacy and dry goods store on the main floor. This 3rd floor apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The apartment has Roku TV and high speed internet. Coin operated laundry is available on the 2nd floor of the building. There is a dedicated gravel parking lot behind the building. The wood floors and original plaster walls have some cracks from nearly 170 years that add charm and character to the rooms.

2nd stay at one of Maxx's units...Genevieve's Place is WONDERFUL. Right in the heart of Roscoe Village. Grabbed a coffee everyday from the shop below. The unit itself is very cozy and comfortable. Definitely felt like home! Only used the queen bedroom and got some of the best sleep I ever had on the road. Bed was comfortable, sheets and comforter felt crisp and clean. I am already booked with Maxx for next 2 weeks back at Roscoe's Retreat. I understand now why Maxx is listed as a Superhost!!!

Probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever rented.
