Wonderful stay as usual. Great setup and awesome view. This is the only place we'll stay in Marrietta.

We had a great stay!

This is the 3rd Unit of Maxx's that I have stayed at in Roscoe Village. Like the other 2 this unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had some concerns in that the unit BR is over the street and could possibly be noisy since I work night shift. Can honestly say that those concerns were not warranted. Slept soundly without interruption. I will be in town weekly through the foreseeable future and have found that I need to book at least 2 weeks out to reserve one of Maxx's units. Great value for clean, comfortable and peaceful stays.

It's a beautiful place to stay. Very cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Nice bathroom, nice couch. Very nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is older so has its quirks but was clean and just as described.

This was a last minute booking on our route to PA and glad it was available. GPS took us right past the place but was easy to find. We arrived later in the night than expected so didn’t get to enjoy the surroundings but there is a winery next to it. The place was an old home, clean and as described. Would book again.

We were 6 friends who thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home, while there. Very comfortable and great view and location,.

What a great place to stay! Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency and had to leave early. Maxx was very understanding. I will definitely be back😁

We enjoyed our short visit to Marietta. The location was very walkable for us - theater, restaurants, parks, river walk, a few attractions - all in easy walking distance. Maxx communicated frequently and we found the flat to be exactly as described.

Captain's Quarters at McKenna's Landing in Marietta was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The rooms were larger than we expected and were well equipped. We had everything we needed and then some. We had a great time.

An absolutely adorable place and Maxx’s communication was amazing! I love the decorating. Very minimalistic and the antique period pieces were perfect. The only downfall was the upstairs where the bedrooms are was really hot. They did provide fans which did make it bearable.

We were in town from NY for a wedding. This place was older but had all the basics including a blow dryer and an iron which I am always thankful for. I think the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in at an Airbnb. The backyard was fully fenced which was so helpful for the pups. The house was only 10 minutes from the venue of the wedding.
