Great stay!

Comfortable and great view of the river

A very quick drive to downtown Marietta. Inside the condo is a little run-down, more so with the neighborhood. It is connected to other condos in the same building, which I might have missed in the description. No other problems

What a great spot, the view is incredible! Max was a great host, made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the barges silently go up and down the river with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Being right on the Ohio is very relaxing. You have everything you need to make a meal and close to some great neighborhood restaurants. A quiet spot and just a short drive to historic downtown Marietta. Will definitely reach out to Max next time we are in town!

pretty house which feels like home away from home

Beautiful location overlooking the Ohio river. Property was as described but needs a little attention. The property was basically clean, saw no bugs of any kind but the floors and rug in bathroom could use some cleaning. Location was quiet and peaceful allowing us to relax on the balcony overlooking the river. Host was easy to work with. There are a lot of steps to get to the 3 bedroom apartment but was manageable. This was a girls get away and we all agreed we would stay at this location again.

This was a very attractive and reasonably priced stay! It was perfect for my sisters and I to have a girls day in town and that have a place to stay for the night.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hosts other properties for future stays!
