Third-floor apartment in Historic Roscoe Village with king and queen bedrooms

Another Wonderful Stay at Roscoe's Retreat. Maxx is a great host and provides comfortable accommodations.

Cannot say enough about Maxx and the units in Roscoe Village...walked up the street for dinner the other night and the entire street just had a buzz to it. The restaurants were busy and the feeling on this cool autumn evening felt so charming and inviting.

This is my 4th week in a row staying at one of Maxx's Units...Roscoe Village has truly become a 2nd home. Will continue to book with Maxx through my time being in the area for work. Beside the units being 5 Star the sense of community in the Village is top notch. It's a peaceful, comfortable setting all the way around. Do not hesitate to book with Maxx whether it's a day, weekend or weekly trip.

We will definitely stay here again. The space was lovely and in a great location.

Great Unit....Great Location...Great Host. Third week staying at 1 of the Roscoe Village Apts...Honestly, the units and area has quickly become my 2nd home. Recommend booking as early as possible since these units seem to book fast.

Had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at Maxx's property! It was easy to find, cozy, clean and comfortable! I really appreciated the coffee and filters that Maxx left in the cupboard because I forgot to bring them myself! And we also enjoyed the "sweet treat" he left for us from the candy store that occupies the first floor of the apartment! I'll definitely book this listing or other listings by Maxx in the future! Thank you!

In town working night shift...needed a place that was quiet and peaceful in the morning. Roscoe's Retreat Delivered all of that and more. Even though it's in the middle of Roscoe Village (tourism and shopping) the back bedrooms allowed me to sleep uninterrupted with all that is happening on the streets out front. I have already booked a couple weeks out with Maxx at other rentals...

Great location on the main street of Historic Roscoe Village, above the candy store. Spacious apartment, suitable for entertaining. The A/C works beautifully! Maxx, our host, is a terrific communicator and eager to ensure a pleasant stay.

This apartment was super cool, and the town was adorable. Maxx was an awesome host. He left us a welcome snack, a helpful binder full of information on the area, and responded immediately when we reached out with questions during our trip. Thank you for the lovely stay. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful gem in downtown Rosco village loved it!

Hidden gem! Great location with all the amenities you need. Lovely, friendly town rich in history.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed for a flawless stay was provided even some yummy welcome snacks!! We will look forward to staying here again when we return.
