This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an 1860s canal era building in the heart of Historic Roscoe Village. The apartment has a full kitchen with dining area, full bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, both with a queen sized bed. The apartment has Roku TV as well as high speed internet. Coin operated laundry is available for guests, located on the second floor of the building. There is a dedicated gravel parking lot behind the building for guests. Pets allowed.

This is our second time staying in one of Maxx’s locations in the Rocco Village area. And it was just a great as our first time. Very clean nice shops to walk to and food

We had a lovely time at Dottie's place in Roscoe Village and felt right at home! The perfect location to explore the historic village - close to all of the activities and restaurants. The place was very cozy and clean.

What a gorgeous place! Right in the heart of Roscoe Village. You can’t beat the location and ease of getting around. You have to eat at Steak and Stein Warehouse! It’s right across the street. Wonderful trip and gorgeous place! We loved Dottie’s.

Overall the space and stay was as described. A few things to note: I’m not convinced that the door code is changed between guests. That did not make us feel super comfortable. As it says in the listing there is a door in a bedroom that connects with another rental unit. That door has a gap of several inches at the floor which allowed a lot of noise to pass through. Also, there is a coffee shop below the place. The coffee shop started their music at 8 am both days even though they don’t open until 9 am.The speaker is located right below one of the beds, so it is impossible to sleep in. We visited the coffee shop and could see how close the speaker was to the ceiling.Lastly the thermostat controls another unit. We were asked not to adjust the temperature. During our stay I missed a message asking us to turn down the temperature because the other unit was uncomfortable. It was an odd request.
