This home was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. Our fur babies enjoyed it too. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place

Cute little house in the heart of Amish country. We enjoyed the proximity to Roscoe village and a couple of small grocery stores. Lots of helpful information about the area was in the home and we felt very comfortable there. The place was very clean and we appreciated that we could bring our dog along.

Last minute overnight stay for an event in the area. Reservations and communication with host was excellent! House is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable in a safe location. Very thankful I was able to bring my small dogs. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely stay there again!

Booking a stay with maxxs property was seamless and it felt like I was right at home. There was lots to do with 20 minutes of the place and it was great

The house was clean. The kitchen was stocked well for light cooking.

Clean, perfect location, pretty surroundings, comfortable and accessible house with three steps and a sloped entrance.

The house is older so has its quirks but was clean and just as described.

This was a last minute booking on our route to PA and glad it was available. GPS took us right past the place but was easy to find. We arrived later in the night than expected so didn’t get to enjoy the surroundings but there is a winery next to it. The place was an old home, clean and as described. Would book again.

The address in maps is not correct and stops before the area where the house is located, so finding it is a challenge ... the map actually takes you to a neighbors house and while they are pleasant, they are very frustrated by this situation. Go past that turn about a half mile until you see a train (it's a restaurant) and turn there. The house sits beside the restaurant and bridal boutique on a service road. The host was very communicative prior to and during the stay (without prompting and more than I liked, but great for others) and responsive when messaged. Traffic from the road was a bit of an annoyance and louder than expected. Overall it was a nice little get away for my partner and I. Close to Roscoe village, but far enough away to have your own space. The house was cute and a relaxing space.
