This third-floor apartment is located in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village. The 1860s canal era building was originally constructed as a hotel on the second and third floors, with a pharmacy and dry goods store on the main floor. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, both with a queen size bed. Direct TV and high speed internet are provided. Coin operated laundry is available on the second floor of the building. Historic Roscoe Village is a walkable area, with shopping, dining and bars just steps away. A dedicated gravel parking lot is located behind the building.

Maxx’s place was exactly what we expected! Older building but very nice, clean, and the perfect space for us as we visited the area for a volleyball tournament. There are multiple units in the building and you can hear others in theirs at times but that didn’t bother us at all and everyone was quiet well before it got late. I love the quaint atmosphere and the area of Coshocton feels very safe! Highly recommend and this will be our go to spot for future tournaments!

The apartment was lovely, and the building itself interesting since a historical building. The coffee shop below is awesome as is the restaurant and taverns near by.
