Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building. It's a rare find that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment. There are 3 TV's, each equipped with a Roku - they each have a Netflix account, YouTube account, and several other apps that are available for use. We do not have traditional cable TV. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all. Most everything is walkable. We do include a numbered parking space in the parking lot across from the apartment.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The space has a cool historic character and offers a unique experience compared to more standard accommodations. The neighborhood was a definite plus—pleasant to walk around and conveniently located. We also appreciated the clear and detailed instructions provided by the host. Communication was straightforward, and the check-in process was easy to follow.

We have stayed in this particular location twice… It's in the perfect location as it is walkable to all the cool things in Marietta… A nice space to have a few people over for a gathering. Communication with Maxx was outstanding!

Maxx was extremely responsive prior to and throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean. Maxx provided information about activities in the area as well as places to eat. Off-street parking was convenient. We enjoyed our girls' getaway and appreciated the ability to walk to shops, restaurants and the river trail.

We had a great stay in Marietta. We ended up booking all of the rooms that were available at this location. The ballroom was an excellent place for our group to gather in the evenings. We would definitely book again.

Maxx was great to deal with. He was very accommodating during our visit. We were in town for a concert at the people’s bank theater which was within walking distance. Several bars and restaurants were also very close. The property really is beautiful and historic. The place would be great for groups and get togethers. All in all a great experience.
