Historic ballroom apartment with 3 queen bedrooms in downtown Marietta

Beautiful accommodations and the perfect location for walking to downtown restaurants and shops and Marietta College.

Awesomely quirky space! We had fun pointing out all the historical ballroom architectural features. The beds were super comfortable. Nice main room.

We love this place, so close to all the activities in town. Thai is actually are 3rd time renting in this location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The space has a cool historic character and offers a unique experience compared to more standard accommodations. The neighborhood was a definite plus—pleasant to walk around and conveniently located. We also appreciated the clear and detailed instructions provided by the host. Communication was straightforward, and the check-in process was easy to follow.

We have stayed in this particular location twice… It's in the perfect location as it is walkable to all the cool things in Marietta… A nice space to have a few people over for a gathering. Communication with Maxx was outstanding!

Maxx was extremely responsive prior to and throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean. Maxx provided information about activities in the area as well as places to eat. Off-street parking was convenient. We enjoyed our girls' getaway and appreciated the ability to walk to shops, restaurants and the river trail.

Our daughter graduated from Washington State. We were within walking distance to the college. The property was clean and gorgeous. There were so many places to eat, shop, amd get great coffee. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!
