This was our second staying with Maxx and it was as great of an experience as the first! We came in with family for a family celebration and this was a great place to wind down after a long day. The view, being right on the river, is amazing! Maxx's place is close to downtown, but far enough away to give you some peace and quiet. Maxx's communication was great and made our stay very easy. Hopefully we will be able to stay with Maxx a third time in the future!

A very quick drive to downtown Marietta. Inside the condo is a little run-down, more so with the neighborhood. It is connected to other condos in the same building, which I might have missed in the description. No other problems

What a great spot, the view is incredible! Max was a great host, made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the barges silently go up and down the river with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Being right on the Ohio is very relaxing. You have everything you need to make a meal and close to some great neighborhood restaurants. A quiet spot and just a short drive to historic downtown Marietta. Will definitely reach out to Max next time we are in town!
