This is a great property. It was comfortable and perfect for us! My brother and I were there to visit family. This location was perfect for meeting our relatives in Marietta and Williamstown. Excellent place to stay while visiting Marietta. We really enjoyed the back deck watching the all the activity on the Ohio River while having our morning coffee and evening drinks.

The view was beautiful. Enjoyed coffee on the private deck overlooking the Ohio River. Quiet area to have to ourselves. We had everything we needed. Close driving distance to grocery stores and downtown.

This property was clean and as advertised. we stayed in the upstairs, 2 bed/1 bath unit. Our balcony was right over the river and offered beautiful waterfront views. Our 3 night stay was pleasant and mostly quite. (our stay was over 4th of July, that is why I said "mostly".) We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

It was a beautiful apartment and very clean. I don't recall the description for this saying it was up 3 flights of stairs. But not a big deal. There was a broken window that had cardboard and tape over it. The deadbolt lock on the door leading into the apartment was difficult to get bolted. Same problem on door to the deck. Everything else was great. So really minimal issues.

The host was amazing with communication. The location is great. The property is on the older side and could definitely use some updates on the outside. We had a great time!

Great view of the river. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at the dock side condo in Marietta. Communication leading up to the visit was great and check in was very easy. The location was great and the views looking out over the river are fantastic. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay there again.
