The Flat on Front Street

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I love that others left thing's to make the place more comfortable, more like home

We booked Maxx’s place very last minute due to a problem with a different Airbnb rental. We were happy to find something available since The Sternwheeler Festival was about to take over in Marietta. We loved that this place was right in the heart of town, with so many conveniences within a short walk. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it appeared to be very well provided for guests. My only negative comment would be that the A/C wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees, but there was a fan provided in one bedroom. I like it very cool at night while sleeping.

We enjoyed our short visit to Marietta. The location was very walkable for us - theater, restaurants, parks, river walk, a few attractions - all in easy walking distance. Maxx communicated frequently and we found the flat to be exactly as described.

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at in a while. It was exactly as expected, very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed going downstairs to the market for coffee (it opens nice and early at 6 am) and breakfast. A great stay.

Perfect location to explore downtown Marietta. Short walk to Multiple choices for dinner and the theater in downtown. Owner did a terrific job of communicating. This will be on the very top of our list on our next visit to Marietta.

We booked very last minute & had a brief stay due to our tight travel schedule, but this flat was very cute & cozy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the location/ activities nearby. It was clean and well stocked for a relaxing visit. The only point to be aware is there can be street noise in the evening, which could be disruptive for some. We still recommend, as the location and price are worth it!

Property was wonderful! Easy parking and check-in, very clean and had all amenities advertised. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

Convenient location in Marietta! Nice and walkable to all of the restaurants. A little noisy at night with the street traffic, but the hosts nicely provide white noise machines. Kitchen seemed well-stocked, but we didn't cook.

The place was exactly as listed and made the trip to Marietta very smooth and enjoyable!

What a gem of a place to match the gem of a town! Sadly we could only stay a night, but Maxx's place hit the mark on all fronts. It was a perfect location in the center of town. Maxx privided lots of information on the area prior to us coming and during the stay. Can't wait to go back!

The Ballroom was an amazing space! Decorative and comforting! We were in a perfect location to observe old Marietta. Beautiful town with fun shops and amazing restaurants. Friendly people! Our host was great! Just a really good hometown feel on the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers.

Fabulous place. Loved Marietta Ohio. Would stay here again.
