The Flat on Front Street

We booked very last minute & had a brief stay due to our tight travel schedule, but this flat was very cute & cozy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the location/ activities nearby. It was clean and well stocked for a relaxing visit. The only point to be aware is there can be street noise in the evening, which could be disruptive for some. We still recommend, as the location and price are worth it!

Property was wonderful! Easy parking and check-in, very clean and had all amenities advertised. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

Convenient location in Marietta! Nice and walkable to all of the restaurants. A little noisy at night with the street traffic, but the hosts nicely provide white noise machines. Kitchen seemed well-stocked, but we didn't cook.

The place was exactly as listed and made the trip to Marietta very smooth and enjoyable!

What a gem of a place to match the gem of a town! Sadly we could only stay a night, but Maxx's place hit the mark on all fronts. It was a perfect location in the center of town. Maxx privided lots of information on the area prior to us coming and during the stay. Can't wait to go back!

The Ballroom was an amazing space! Decorative and comforting! We were in a perfect location to observe old Marietta. Beautiful town with fun shops and amazing restaurants. Friendly people! Our host was great! Just a really good hometown feel on the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers.

We had a comfortable stay here for a night when passing through town. Instructions on how to get in were very clear and we were glad we opted for the historic condo instead of a hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at Maxx’s apartment. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Nearby parking is readily available. The apartment and amenities were as-advertised. The apartment is surrounded by nice shops, terrific restaurants, and many options to enjoy the night life in downtown Marietta. All within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay at Maxx’s place again.

Comfortable and clean. Great location, convenient to Coffee Shop restaurants and market. Will definitely book next time we are coming to Marietta

We only stayed for one night, Maxx was very responsive with messages, check in was easy, great location and the space was very lovely! 10/10 would stay again!
