What a gem of a place to match the gem of a town! Sadly we could only stay a night, but Maxx's place hit the mark on all fronts. It was a perfect location in the center of town. Maxx privided lots of information on the area prior to us coming and during the stay. Can't wait to go back!

The Ballroom was an amazing space! Decorative and comforting! We were in a perfect location to observe old Marietta. Beautiful town with fun shops and amazing restaurants. Friendly people! Our host was great! Just a really good hometown feel on the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers.

We really enjoyed staying at Maxx’s apartment. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Nearby parking is readily available. The apartment and amenities were as-advertised. The apartment is surrounded by nice shops, terrific restaurants, and many options to enjoy the night life in downtown Marietta. All within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay at Maxx’s place again.

This was our 4th time to stay at this place. We like that the bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen giving privacy. A fabulous location in a historic building with many shops and restaurants close. There is a trail one block away that runs along the river.
