2-bedroom apartment in Historic Downtown Marietta with waterfront location

This space was perfect! It was clean and easy to locate. Maxx was a great host who responded very quickly to any of your questions! Would definitely recommend booking with him!

The property was as described in the listing and is in a convenient location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and historical sites. The check-in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Parking is across the street but very close. The property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others.

Beautiful accommodations and perfect location for walking around downtown and to Marietta College.

This place was a great location to walk everywhere in Marietta! We enjoyed the Trolley tour (a 2 minute walk!), and local restaurants all in walking distance. The parking was right across the street - easy! This place also was well-stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, even an ironing board/iron!

Super cute place right downtown. Very clean and responsive. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. We would stay here again.

Great location! Perfect for our night out in Marietta!

The location was perfect - we were right on the main street within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of downtown! Just note that there is a set of stairs to get to the apartment!

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I love that others left thing's to make the place more comfortable, more like home

We booked Maxx’s place very last minute due to a problem with a different Airbnb rental. We were happy to find something available since The Sternwheeler Festival was about to take over in Marietta. We loved that this place was right in the heart of town, with so many conveniences within a short walk. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it appeared to be very well provided for guests. My only negative comment would be that the A/C wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees, but there was a fan provided in one bedroom. I like it very cool at night while sleeping.

We enjoyed our short visit to Marietta. The location was very walkable for us - theater, restaurants, parks, river walk, a few attractions - all in easy walking distance. Maxx communicated frequently and we found the flat to be exactly as described.
