You will find yourself in the heart of the historic downtown in beautiful Marietta, OH. You'll be within just footsteps of the best shopping and dining that Marietta has to offer! Our apartment is newly remodeled and features exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, lots of natural light, as well as a comfortable queen bed, a full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all. Most everything is walkable. We do include a numbered parking space in the parking lot across from the apartment.

I was actually shocked to be able to get this place on a Friday night during summer vacation season; I've stayed here before and it's a primo location: it sits right above Wilky's (previously McKenna's) Market, which serves some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. This rental sits right in the middle of downtown Marietta on Front Street; lots of little shops and restaurants within a block or two of walking. Personally recommend The Galley for dinner and Black Diamond brewing/distilling for a drink. Levee House Bistro also has a fairly decent brunch on Fridays and Saturdays.

We visited Marietta for the first time for a family event. I loved the location as everything was walkable. Loved that the coffee shop below the lodging was open early and there are lots of restaurants for food options too! Our place was well maintained and clean! Wished we had a little more time to do a few excursions and more sight seeing. Beautiful, historic town!

The location is great for getting a good feel for Marietta. The area is quite walkable. Be prepared for some noise on the weekend as there are bars nearby. It feels quite safe in the area.
