The historic Roscoe Village is only 10 miles away. Great for a hunting trip, girls' getaway, or hosting family for the holidays. Full kitchen with pots, pans & dinnerware Located on a secluded road near the main highway. You can take a relaxing walk to a nearby winery past the cornfields and river or sit on the banks of the river. Downtown Coshocton and Walmart are 10 minutes, Kid's America Sports Complex 18 minutes, Clary Gardens and Lake Park 12 minutes, River Greens Golf Course 5 minutes, Coshocton Fair Grounds 16 minutes. Fast food restaurants, pizza, discount stores and other shopping is concentrated on S. Second St in Coshocton.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the River House. Maxx welcomed any questions that we had and responded in a timely manner. We were able to utilize the kitchen with the pots and pans provided and watched television on the comfortable couches. I would highly recommend this home to others!

Cozy place right on the river. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay at this property. Definitely would reccomend staying here.

The area was close to towns and restaurants and other sites. comfy beds. Great view of river. only problem was the water pressure in the showers and faucets in the house and no dishwasher other then that great stay.

Thanks Maxx! Loved our stay at the River House. Of course the star of show is the river. Sooo peaceful there. And if you got a doggo like mine (Labrador) he will be in heaven. We all recommend a nice long stay at this beautiful spot on the river.
