Waterfront river house on 1.5 acres with fire pit and deck

Beautiful house and property. There is a highway close by that is quite busy at night. If you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the quiet river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here while visiting the Wooly Pig Brewery’s Oktoberfest celebration. The location was perfect for our purpose. Convenient to the brewery (within a 2 mile drive). Beautiful scenery and close proximity to arguably the best brewery in Ohio!

The guests enjoyed their stay and said it was a lovely place and was exactly what they were looking for, for their short stay in Coshocton.

Beautiful location on the river with a large deck and fire pit. Close to nice restaurants and Roscoe Village. Maxx was very prompt on sending all the information needed.

This house was the perfect location for the Three Rivers Wine Trail, which we managed to complete in one weekend for our free T-shirt. It was also close to Roscoe Village and the canal boat ride. The balconies are great for looking right out on the river.

This was a nice place on the river. We were looking for a family weekend which has to include our two dogs. Very relaxing area.

The home was great inside. Fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room with large TV. Nice river views from the deck and upstairs balcony. Walking distance to a winery.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the River House. Maxx welcomed any questions that we had and responded in a timely manner. We were able to utilize the kitchen with the pots and pans provided and watched television on the comfortable couches. I would highly recommend this home to others!
