This 3rd floor apartment is located in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village. The 1860s canal era building was originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with a pharmacy and dry goods store on the main floor. You will find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment has Roku TV as well as high speed internet. Coin operated laundry is available on the 2nd floor of the building. There is a dedicated gravel parking lot behind the building. Pets are allowed.

Quaint, charming space in the heart of Roscoe Village. Walkable to shops, historical sites, and restaurants. Short and accessible drive to downtown Coshocton and Clary Gardens. Host Maxx was extremely responsive. Loved the historical background and feel of the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is the 3rd Unit of Maxx's that I have stayed at in Roscoe Village. Like the other 2 this unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had some concerns in that the unit BR is over the street and could possibly be noisy since I work night shift. Can honestly say that those concerns were not warranted. Slept soundly without interruption. I will be in town weekly through the foreseeable future and have found that I need to book at least 2 weeks out to reserve one of Maxx's units. Great value for clean, comfortable and peaceful stays.

Clean, comfortable, right in the middle of Roscoe Village. Looks historic but with good central air conditioning. Also we have an EV and chargers are only 1/4 mile walk away.
